The seven-point checklist

These boxes work in your browser for the current visit. Nothing is submitted or stored.

Score your row

6–7

Strong shortlist candidate

Keep it for comparison, while still checking the destination and current terms.

4–5

Research more

Name the missing evidence and search for it before opening more categories.

2–3

Weak row

Keep only if a specific missing detail is likely to resolve the uncertainty.

0–1

Remove for now

The row is taking attention without giving enough back.

QC photos should match the category

Shoes

Side profile, toe shape, heel, outsole, seams, label, and size marking.

Clothing

Front and back, fabric surface, seams, cuffs, closures, labels, and measurements.

Bags

Front, back, base, inside, closure, strap anchors, hardware, and scale.

Accessories

Close-up finish, fastener, material wording, measurements, and an image showing scale.

A QC photo finder or GC checker can help locate images, but the useful question is whether those photos belong to the same item and answer what you need to know.

Good row example

Category: Hoodie

Visible evidence: Front, back, embroidery close-up, chest width, garment length, size label.

Price context: Compared beside two similar-weight hoodies.

Open question: Packed weight is still an estimate.

Save reason: It has the clearest measurements and construction photos in the shortlist.

Weak row example

Label: “Popular top pick.”

Visible evidence: One polished front image; no detail or measurement view.

Price context: Shown alone and described as a bargain.

Source clue: Destination title does not clearly match the row.

Decision: Remove until specific evidence appears.

The one-sentence save rule

Save a row only when you can finish this sentence: “I am keeping this because it gives me ______ that the nearby rows do not.”

If the blank is filled with “it looks popular” or “it was near the top,” the reason is too weak.

What to do next

Move a 6–7 point row into a small same-category shortlist. For a 4–5, search only for the missing proof. Remove the lowest-scoring row before adding another.
